To expand inclusive apprenticeship programs and workforce development through an equity framework for historically under-resourced low-income Inland Empire residents, through an entity such as LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network.

To support the capacity and infrastructure of Inland Economic Growth and Opportunity (IEGO) and promote good quality job creation as part of the California Jobs First initiative.

To support human-centered design in workforce development with the Workforce Transformation Corps Fellows to facilitate organizational and systemic or policy change within five California workforce development boards.
