In 1992, she founded InnWorks to provide day-to-day management for a distressed portfolio of 21 franchised hotels in 10 states.

Teresa is a Director of Pacific Valley Bank, headquartered in Salinas, California. Her recent community involvement has included service as Vice Chair of the Board of Northern Clay Center, a Minnesota-based arts organization; board member of ClearWay Minnesota, an independent nonprofit funded by the State’s 1998 tobacco settlement; and interim Executive Director of Open Arms of Minnesota, a social services nonprofit.
