Sabrina Singh Kansara Senior Program Officer Contact Sabrina Sabrina Singh Kansara joined the Irvine Foundation as a Program Officer in March 2019 and was named Senior Program Officer in November 2021. She brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit and philanthropy work, including youth asset-building, workforce and economic development, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Irvine, Sabrina was an independent strategy consultant, supporting nonprofits and foundations with efforts related to strategic planning and scale, program development and evaluation, marketing, and leadership development. Before consulting, Sabrina served as the Director of Strategy and Strategic Partnerships at MyPath where she played a lead role scaling their youth financial capability models, building national partnerships, creating and implementing strategic plans, and creating external communications and marketing strategies. Earlier in her career, Sabrina worked as a Senior Program Officer at the Bernard F. and Alva B. Gimbel Foundation where she focused on grantmaking in direct services programs in New York City and to national policy and advocacy efforts. She also worked on gender equity in India through The William J. Clinton Fellowship for Service in India and the American India Foundation. Sabrina holds a bachelor’s degree from Carleton College in History and Spanish and a master’s degree in International Development and Gender Studies from The London School of Economics.
