Paul Chin Payroll and Accounting Associate Paul joined the Irvine Foundation as a Payroll and Accounting Associate in February 2023. Prior to joining Irvine, Paul served as the Senior Payroll Specialist in the Finance Department at Berkshire Hathaway Homestead Companies. Paul is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz Extension.
