Marc co-founded the private equity firm to assist companies in navigating growth opportunities and creating long-term value. His civic leadership includes being a Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, where he is the Chairman of the University Endowment and a member of the Executive Committee. He is involved in nonprofits that support student development, including the Helix School for children on the autism spectrum and Scholars for Educational Opportunity. Marc and Sheri will serve four-year terms, with the opportunity for reelection to two additional terms. I am deeply grateful that they have agreed to join the Irvine board and bring their wisdom and experience to enrich our work to build a California that truly works for all low-income workers and their families.
