To strengthen the youth development ecosystem in Stockton.

To advance inclusive economic and workforce development in Stockton and the surrounding region, through an entity such as the Edge Collaborative.

To launch a broad-based power organization of community-based institutions capable of addressing economic and social inequity in the Central Valley, through an entity such as Central Valley IAF.

To provide training and employment opportunities in Fresno through the relaunch of a recycling program.
