To support the transportation, distribution, and logistics industry through a Career Pathing Workforce Pipeline that offers better wages and career advancement for disadvantaged job seekers in the Bay Area.

REDF – 2019

To identify, document, and plan a capacity-building program for Employment Social Enterprises focused on increasing the economic mobility of low-wage California workers.

Flintridge Center – 2019

To provide pathways for formerly incarcerated adults through a pre-apprenticeship program that expands career opportunities and connects individuals with supportive resources.

Reading and Beyond – 2019

To support a pilot program that informs workforce development in Fresno through a one-on-one workforce navigation model that enables participants to obtain living-wage employment.

JVS – 2019

To pilot a public sector job training and placement strategy that expands on existing partnerships and builds new capabilities in healthcare, utilities, and technology training, to eventually be publicly funded as apprenticeships.

SFMade – 2019

To scale and deepen impact in helping adults from low-income and other disadvantaged populations build economically sustainable careers.

San Diego Workforce Partnership – 2019

To establish a new 501(c)(3) legal entity to support the Workforce Income Share Agreement Fund, designed to support individuals wishing to pursue education without incurring debt.
