To support the development plan of a self-supporting training program that offers low-income workers career pathways for growth through a designated fund such as Turning Basin.

To support the development of a technology-based tool to connect low-income young adults to contact tracing jobs and jobs in other sectors across California.

To support the pilot of the Expanding Pathways to Employment for Promotores project that aims to formalize and strengthen a workforce development model for Promotores and community health workers in California.
