Caroline Tsoi Impact Assessment and Learning Officer Contact me Caroline Tsoi joined the Irvine Foundation as a Program Strategy Analyst in July 2018 and was named Impact Assessment and Learning Officer in December 2021. Previously, Caroline worked as a Data Coordinator at SMART, a nonprofit that works on connecting low-income students to exceptional educational experiences. In this role, she served as an advisor to a caseload of students, conducted program evaluation, managed data collection, and helped implement Salesforce. Earlier in her career, she was a part of Teach for America in Las Vegas and worked on developing STEM curriculum for middle school students. Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Washington and an M.Ed. from the University of Nevada. She is currently an MBA candidate at UC Berkeley Haas.
