Director of Investments
Malcolm Goepfert joined the Foundation in October 2009 as a director of investments. Working with the chief investment officer and other investment staff, Malcolm is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, recommendation, and monitoring of the Foundation’s investment managers, investment opportunities, and portfolio. Prior to joining the Foundation, he was a director of investments with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Previously, Malcolm served as the senior investment officer for private equity and real estate with the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio and as a real estate investment officer for the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation. Malcolm holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He serves on the board of directors of the California Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children.
