To enhance understanding by public and private funders of key trends and issues in the San Joaquin Valley, Inland Empire and Los Angeles County.

A key strategy for Irvine in its priority regions of the San Joaquin Valley, the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County is to commission research that will illuminate emerging trends and issues. We believe that relevant, accessible and objective information should be disseminated broadly to help public and private funders focus their resources and better serve the residents of these regions. Our goal is to increase the kind of awareness and understanding that will ultimately stimulate interest in greater philanthropic giving to these areas.
