Please submit your completed application template and Funder Report for the Creative Connections Fund (generated from the California Cultural Data Project) through Irvine’s online system. When you do so, we will ask for a variety of administrative data, and it will be helpful for you to have the following information in hand:
- Your organization’s name, address, Web site and federal tax ID number.
- The name, title, email address and phone number of your organization’s executive director. This is the person to whom we will address correspondence about our funding decision.
- The name, title, email address and phone number of the project contact. This is the person to whom we will address questions about the application.
- The category under which you will apply. (Please see Step 2 if you are unsure which category to choose.)
- A brief description of the proposed grant describing the activities the proposed grant will fund. This should be approximately 25 words.
- The total dollar amount of the budget for the proposed project.
- Your organization’s most recently filed IRS Form 990.
- Electronic copies of your organization’s
- Current year operating budget
- Completed application template
- Funder Report for the Creative Connections Fund, generated from the California Cultural Data Project
