Program Associate, Arts
Gerlie Collado was appointed Program Associate for the Arts in June 2010. Prior to joining Irvine, Gerlie was the Communications Associate at the California Community Foundation where she contributed to the foundation’s marketing, communications and public relations activities. She has also served as development manager for Search to Involve Pilipino Americans, a health and human services agency serving multi-ethnic youth and families in Los Angeles’ Historic Filipinotown. As a long-time volunteer of FilAm ARTs, the presenter of Los Angeles’ annual Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture, Gerlie served as the vice chair of the organization’s governing board from 2007 to 2010. Gerlie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Francisco.
