Colette Clark was appointed Controller in January 2006, having served the Foundation as Accounting Manager since May 2003. Colette came to Irvine with more than 13 years of accounting and finance experience, with positions at Chevron and Basic American Foods, where she worked as an Internal Auditor, Financial Analyst and Manager of Financial Reporting. She has also works in the nonprofit sector as a volunteer for AARP’s Tax-Aide Hope Hospice and the Wellness Community. She currently serves on the audit committee for Northern California Grantmakers. Colette received her Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of San Diego, she holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from California State University, Hayward (now California State University, East Bay), and has completed several graduate level courses in taxation at Golden Gate University. Colette is a certified public accountant (inactive) in California.
