Betty Bui was appointed Human Resources Manager in January 2006. In collaboration with the Director of Finance and Administration, Betty is responsible for all activities relating to benefits administration, employee relations, position classification, recruitment, staff development and training. Before joining the Foundation, Betty was Benefits/Employee Relations Coordinator at St. Luke’s Hospital in San Francisco, where she was responsible for the communications and management of health and welfare benefit activities, as well as employee relation issues. Prior to this, she held human resource positions at Target in San Jose; Informative in Brisbane; and the San Jose Medical Group. Betty received her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
