Berkeley Repertory Theatre $1,000,000 To seed the creation of the Center for Artistic Innovation, and to support the development of Summer Lab, a unique model for theatrical artist residencies and cross-boundary development of new work, payable over 48 months.
Pacific Symphony $850,000 To support 'aMUSEd,' a four-year initiative encouraging active arts participation in the community, payable over 48 months.
San Francisco Ballet Association $900,000 To support ongoing efforts to acquire new tools and expertise in social media, payable over 36 months.
Cultural Participation
Alliance for California Traditional Arts $975,000 To support culturally significant folk and traditional arts created by practitioners and groups in California, payable over 36 months.
Lula Washington Contemporary Dance Foundation $240,000 To support touring to underserved regions in California, payable over 36 months.
Poets & Writers $400,000 To support public literary events and writing workshops in California through the Readings/Workshops regranting program, payable over 36 months.

Civic Engagement
Center for Community Action and Environmental Justice $450,000 To involve low-income residents in San Bernardino County in collaborative efforts with public officials and others to improve environmental health, payable over 36 months.
TransForm CA $550,000 To foster informed public involvement in the implementation of SB 375 and land use decision making in California, payable over 24 months.
Working Partnerships USA $300,000 To facilitate the participation of diverse communities in fiscal reform, budgeting, transportation and land-use planning efforts, payable over 24 months.
Special Initiatives
The Community Foundation $500,000 To accelerate the organization's growth and leadership abilities, payable over 36 months.
Williams Group $300,000 To share lessons, tools and insights learned through the Community Foundations Initiative II, payable over 12 months.
Youth
Linked Learning Policy
Alliance for Excellent Education $500,000 To use lessons learned from California's experience with implementing Linked Learning to inform and enhance federal education policy, payable over 24 months.
Linked Learning Practice
ConnectEd the California Center for College and Career $8,850,000 For continued support of the California Linked Learning District Initiative, payable over 24 months.
Foundation for California Community Colleges $550,000 For the Career Ladders Project to complete the planning phase for a demonstration project that would extend the benefits of Linked Learning into postsecondary education, payable over 12 months.
Linked Learning Public Will
Stanford University $1,240,000 To support the District Leadership Series of the California Linked Learning District Initiative, payable over 26 months.
